Our food provenance statement

Our seafood is hand-picked & delivered by A J Sutherland from Portsoy, Fresh from Scrabster and Peterhead fish markets, landed from boats fishing in the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.
Shetland smoked salmon, that’s smoked over whisky barrel chips to Sutherlands traditional recipe.

All fish, ordered daily by Chef Ian to ensure you enjoy the freshest produce the Scottish seas have to offer.
All our breakfast ingredients(bacon, sausages,and blackpudding ) are sourced from Forbes Raeburn of Huntly (butcher shop of the year 2013 and runner up in the world Butchery Championships in 2016) they also provide Castleview with finest Aberdeen Angus Steak, Highland Pork & lamb from their own farm, which is a favourite.
Our Haggis is sourced from McIntosh the Butcher Dufftown.
When possible and in season, we source Scottish vegetables, from our local area some from our own Garden, Albert Bartlett Rooster potatoes from Airdrie.
Our seasonal local soft fruits & berries from Perthshire, when available from our own garden .
Cheeses from Forres within our County, Yoghurts from Rowenglen in Ayrshire and dairy from Graham’s Dairy.
All our eggs come from , our own Hens reared at loch Park
